As you prepare to join our practice community, please review our standard administrative guidelines and updated operational policies. Our formal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and our automated scheduling calendar slots lock daily at 4:30 PM to preserve necessary clinical and ministry boundaries. All weekday specialized support groups operate strictly under a paid per-session model at a recurring rate of $25.00 per session. In alignment with our practice standards, advance payment is required in full at the time of booking to generate your secure telehealth link. We proudly serve as an approved Loveland Foundation Therapy Fund Provider, allowing fully covered sessions with direct voucher billing, and we warmly welcome Open Path Collective members under structured sliding-scale rates.

To maintain clinical continuity and protect the shared dynamic of our small-group circles, all weekday support group and individual intensive registrations are completely final. Missed, skipped, or cancelled slots are strictly non-refundable and cannot be made up or rolled over to alternative weeks. In addition to our weekday services, we continue to proudly offer free virtual outreach groups every Saturday morning, including our Free Saturday Morning Encouragement Class from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM MST and our Beauty for Ashes Support Circle from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM MST. To guarantee complete clinical security and maintain a protected environment, advance registration is required for these free pipelines. Our office will maintain a secure weekly roster and distribute the secure access links directly to your email at the time of registration or payment verification.
